About Us
Vanessa Stone
Vanessa Stone was born and raised in the Upper Valley. She attended the Mascoma School District then went to Plymouth State College with a degree in business management. Vanessa and her family live in Orange, NH.
Starting her career in real estate in the late 1980’s working with customers and clients, she has now become a top producer. She earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation in 1996. She was honored by the Hanover Lebanon Board of REALTORS® as REALTOR® of the Year, and a member of the REALTORS® Honor Society. She served on the Board of Directors for the Hanover--Lebanon Board of REALTORS® as the Treasurer and on Membership and Finance Committees.
Vanessa takes advantage of the high-tech world, but makes a special effort to serve clients and customers in the old-fashioned manner she was brought up in. She always takes the time that every individual customer/client needs to enhance each client’s purchasing/selling experience.
Vanessa is family-oriented and loves children. She has raised her children right here in the Upper Valley, so she knows what a wonderful place it is for a growing family to call home. In 2004, she sponsored her son’s T-ball team in Canaan.

Sandy Lusona
Sandy began her real estate career in 2000 as an assistant to Vanessa Stone. She then went on to get her real estate salesperson license and has continued to work with Vanessa and assist her along with helping others in their real estate needs. She has a Notary license as well to assist those who need that service.
She moved here in 1990 from southern New Hampshire and enjoys the lakes and ponds in the area. Sandy lives in the country with her family.

Fred Lane
Fred started in real estate in 1988 and worked for 12 years in the Lake Sunapee Region specializing in Eastman-Grantham properties helping many buyers and sellers along the way. As a graduate of the University of New Hampshire in the hotel and restaurant management field, he learned a long time ago how important quality service is to the ones you serve.
Fred lives in Canaan and has a great love for the outdoors and is an avid fly fisherman. He will tell you that "this is a wonderful place to live. Everything he loves is here". He is a member of the Trout Unlimited, New Hampshire Wildlife Federation, and the Atlantic Salmon Federation!

Cathy Cullinane
Cathy is a New Hampshire native and has lived in Enfield, NH for the last 20 years. She has 27 years of experience in the building and renovation industry including six years in the architectural drafting and design field. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and Realtor in the state of New Hampshire and is a member of the Upper Valley Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Cathy has a great love for the outdoors. You may find her riding horses with her daughter, Grace; watching her son, Andrew, play hockey for the Twin State Hockey League; skiing down a mountain or out kayaking on one of our beautiful lakes. She can tell you what a great area the Upper Valley is for raising a family and for enjoying all the year-round recreation activities. Fun abounds!
